Odney Adds Team Members - Albers, Bjork, Fischer, Kramer, Miller and Feldner

Odney, a full-service communications agency, welcomes the additions of six professionals to their team. Madi Albers joined as a Digital Media Strategist, Taylor Bjork as an Account Executive, Rachel Fischer as Deputy CFO, Haley Kramer and Jackie Miller as Administrative Assistants, and Beth Feldner as a Public Relations Specialist.

Madi Albers joined the team as a Digital Media Strategist, helping clients utilize the many marketing channels and platforms available. Albers has attended a bootcamp for User Experience Design while working as a digital analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. While attending WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University for Digital Marketing and Integrated Communications, Albers also worked as a marketing analysis intern for a venture builder growing startups.
Taylor Bjork most recently worked in social media and project management in Fargo. She grew up in Bismarck and has a degree in Strategic Communications from North Dakota State University. At Odney, she will assist with strategic planning, overseeing marketing and communication plans, planning, creating and scheduling content while managing social media for Odney’s clients.
Rachel Fischer was born and raised in Bismarck. She has a degree in Accounting from Dickinson State University and is currently working part time while studying for her CPA exams (which she is well on her way to completing.) She continues to work with the Bismarck Mandan Symphony Orchestra as their bookkeeper. In her role as Deputy CFO she is training to take over the CFO and Business Manager role in March of 2021.
A relatively new North Dakotan, Jackie Miller and her husband moved from Wisconsin to Bismarck in 2017. Her most recent experience is working in sales and customer service at Hershey Company. As an administrative assistant in the Bismarck office, Jackie loves interacting with clients and meeting the daily challenges in her position.
Haley Kramer is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a degree in Strategic Communication and Sociology. She most recently worked with children with disabilities at Easter Seals in Fargo, ND as well as working as a marketing intern at Creative Care for Reaching Independence in Moorhead, MN before joining Odney. As an Administrative Assistant serving the Minot office, Kramer works to assist with project management, tracking, and communication.
Beth Feldner’s most recent experience is in developing and implementing branding strategies for financial institutions. Prior to that her experience was in creating, coordinating, and executing high-impact events working with Scheels and the North Dakota State Fair. Feldner grew up in Ray, North Dakota and studied Mass Communications at the University of Jamestown. At Odney, Feldner will serve as a Public Relations Specialist in Minot helping clients with communication strategies and building relationships in the community. Feldner lives in Minot with her husband and daughter.
